What is the Return Policy?

All damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of the receipt of goods to customerservice@LifetimeCollectibles.com

Buyer has 15 days from the receipt of goods to request a Return Authorization number for defective product(s). Returns are for replacement only. Buyer must request a RA Number at customerservice@LifetimeCollectibles.com and fill out RA request form and return to LifetimeCollectibles.com.

Once an RA number has been issued, it is valid for 10 days. Buyer will be responsible for freight charges on all returns shipped back to LifetimeCollectibles.com. Items must be returned in original condition with manufacturers carton including all original packaged items (You do Not have to return shipping materials - peanuts, paper, etc...).

The RA Number must be clearly marked on the package of defective merchandise being returned. Write RA# on the box. If the RA number is not clearly displayed, the return will be refused. Buyer is to return only items listed on the RA.

If you do not like your purchase and wish to return it to us.  The item must be in NEW, Unused condition.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.  Shipping costs, Insurance & Rush Fees are NOT refundable! 

If your order received FREE shipping then a charge of $7 per item will be taken out of the refund given back to your credit card to cover our shipping and processing fees.

*Customized or monogrammed items CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED for ANY reason NO EXCEPTIONS!  Please make sure you enter the correct initials or names when placing your order!

Is it safe for me to use my credit card when placing an order?

Yes, we at LifetimeCollectibles.com have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card account.

The process is handled via a secure encrypted service that is designed to protect your privacy. LifetimeCollectibles.com updates its encryption software daily to ensure that ALL of your information is safe.  Our staff are trained to spot fraudulent charges.

We also utilize Verify systems and SSL encryption to ensure that your information is safe.

How will my product be shipped?

All of LifetimeCollectibles.com products are shipped via the United States Postal Service, FedEx Smart Post and UPS.  
On any order, Lifetime Collectibles reserves the right to upgrade method and carrier at no additional cost to purchaser.

FedEx Smart post does not included insurance, and Lifetime collectibles is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments shipped via FedEx Smart Post.

FedEx Smart Post will deilver to PO Box addresses as well as Military bases. UPS will not deliver to PO Box addresses.

For FREE shipping offers, your shipment will be shipped in whatever method our shipping department decides to best fit. 
We reserve the right to use any method for shipping Free shipping.

Some products will require special handling due to their size; in this case you will be notified prior to the product being shipped.

How long will the shipping process take?

Products take 1-12 business days, depending on destination and shipping method.
USPS averages between 2-12 days.
FedEx Smart Post averages between 2-12 business days.  
UPS Ground averages between 1-7 business days.
Neither of these services are guaranteed deliver in a certain number of days so please keep that in mind when choosing your shipping method.

On any order, Lifetime Collectibles reserves the right to upgrade method and carrier at no additional cost to purchaser.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will generally be processed within 72 hours unless RUSH PROCESSING is selected at checkout.  Rush service guarantees processing within 12 hours.

For orders from within the Continental US, the USPS Standard Ground will generally deliver in 1 to 12 business days unless expedited shipping services are requested. 

All orders will generally be shipped USPS Standard Ground unless other option is selected.

What do the shipping and handling charges include?

The shipping cost you pay includes the "actual" shipping cost from the service provider plus our overhead shipping costs to cover shipping personnel, courier service, returns, and other handling and shipping related costs.

This results in a difference between the "stamp" on your package and what you paid for shipping.

Are your prices competitive?

LifetimeCollectibles.com attempts to be as competitive as possible. There will always be cheaper products available; often these products are inferior and do not offer the value that we at LifetimeCollectibles.com are accustomed to. LifetimeCollectibles.com prides itself on offering the best product for the best price. Does our competition make this same promise, we should hope so.

If you find one of our products advertised for a lower price, let us know and we can probably match or beat any competitor.

Do you stock everything you advertise?

We try to stock the main stream items that we sell on a repetitive basis. Due to the fast movement of some articles, back order situations do occur. In these circumstances, you would be notified, and a date of delivery would be stated.

Do we honor international orders?

We can honor international orders on a individual basis.  We do not offer free shipping for international orders.  Please contact us via email in order to setup an order.

You are responsible for all shipping charges to out of US locations.

Are you going to sell my name or e-mail address to anyone?

LifetimeCollectibles.com will not in any way, shape or form, sell or exchange our customers' names or any other information to anyone for any reason, period!

Do you charge sales tax?

North Carolina customers will be required to pay a 6.75% sales tax on all purchases.

No sales tax is required from any other state at this time.

Can I track the progress of my order?

YES!  Please do.  You can track your order by going to the top of our home page and clicking on the "Track My Order" link. 

All you will need is your order number and viola, you can see shipping information, notes, dates, times and details of the order. 

Sometimes we will post notes on the order that may need your attention.  So please keep track of your order online.

What credit/debit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Dinners Club and Pay-pal through OUR processors. 

Now we also offer GOOGLE CHECKOUT expanding our service to include American Express and other payment methods for those who choose to utilize this Google service.

Why does my order keep getting declined or receiving an error?

First, because we ensure your security while checking out we verify an address match with your credit card company and the address provided to us on the order form.  If the two match exactly your order is processed, if not your order is declined.

To make sure your order is NOT DECLINED, make sure you enter the same information that your credit card statement shows.  Also ensure that the CVV2 Code matches the back of your card exactly.

These steps are here for your protection and we apologize if they sometimes become a hindrance.  We would rather loose a sale and keep our security standards high for your safety than take peoples money fraudulently.  Please understand.
